The northern parts of India are some of the most frequently visited. Here you will find incredible structures like the Taj Mahal. This iconic building is on the must-see list as well being one of the wonders of the world. It’s beauty comes from the magnificence of the marble but also the love that went into its purpose, design, and crafting. The Taj Mahal is a mausoleum for the wife of Shah Jahan.
The Ganges of Varanasi is still used today by the Pilgrims that travel here. Bathing here is very important as it has been for centuries. This makes it a popular tourist hotspot but doesn’t seem to lessen the beauty and purpose of the place. Rishikesh is another place that will lure travelers and vacationers. It is a very highly regarded center of Yoga. Many people from all over the world come here to practice and learn about it. There are plenty of retreats to book into as well.
