1- Go for a run or a hike:
This is my most effective way to unwind and de-stress. Getting some endorphin's and fresh air help your mind to escape everyday concerns. Walking in nature helps depression and anxiety, it improve your attention and focus.
Do something you like creatively and have fun! Your mind will be busy thinking about what you are creating and nothing else.
3. Stay offline:
Leave the cellphone and social media for the night/day. This is helping so much! Sometimes I won't go to my social medias for days because it brings me down or stress me too much. There's often sad situations and I am very sensitive toward that. A good detox from it make so much good for the mind and body. I highly recommend it!
4- Pamper yourself:
A little pamper session will take your mind off the things you want to unwind from. Take time to take care of yourself & feel beautiful and relax. Listen to your favorite songs, take a bubble bath, do a pedicure, try out those new beauty products!
5- Burn incense or use essential oils:
It will help you relax and get rid of bad vibes. Burning incense is promoting calm, relieves built up tension in muscles, increase focus and stimulate creativity, just to name a few of the benefits.
