In 2016, I have become dedicated to working out. It's been a good 2 years I haven't had any dedication or willingness to move. I have been hiking and running now and then randomly, but that's about it. I have been struggling with depression for the past years and it has been a challenge to just being strong enough to go through the day, one day at a time. I'm not fully recovered from that illness but it is getting better. Exercise is an important thing that help out a lot, but I know oh I know how hard it can be to start moving! What helped me is that I have friends that started different activities and included me. Having someone to workout with is the best!! So much more fun to have someone to share your struggles and accomplishments.
Now that I working out often I need new workout clothes so I won't have to do laundry too often. Also if you buy cool and flattering gym wear it will help you feel good about yourself and you might be more inclined to wear them and get moving! It can be a real motivational asset to get you working out.
My favorite places to shop for workout gear is Forever21, Simons and Nike. But I can't not mention Fabletics and Sweatty Betty who I have yet to try some of their gorgeous gear!
