The Productivity project is an inspiring book that can help how you do business as well as make an impact on your personal life. Chis Bailey conducted a ton of experiments himself to know if those things we try to help productivity actually help. Ex. Unplugging, working during your prime time, meditation, etc.
Through exercises, Chris help us figure what are our priorities and how to achieve them by working smarter.
I found that the "Rule of 3" is the best technique for myself. But there is ton of great other theory he practiced that are worth a try.
